To mobilize New England believers to complete a prayer wall for all New England:

• Connecticut
• Massachusetts
• Maine
• New Hampshire
• Eastern Upstate New York
• Rhode Island
• Vermont

so that prayer would be going up twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  Also, to encourage churches to become involved by establishing special "days of prayer" that include a public prayer meeting so that every day is a prayer day somewhere in New England.
